Health Systems Management, Inc., has a 25 year history in the ownership and management of outpatient and acute dialysis facilities. The organization has an outstanding reputation in the renal community for patient management and staff retention. We have complete operational and financial management provided through a cooperative effort between clinical staff, CPA’s, internal and external auditors, accounts receivable and accounts payable personnel, and on-site inventory control agents. Our corporate office is located at 1804 King Road in Tifton, Georgia. The Administrative Management office can be reached at 229-386-5505.
We are currently managing all of the independent free-standing facilities owned by Wake Forest University Health Sciences located in North Carolina.
The Wake Forest Outpatient Dialysis Administration office is located in Winston-Salem, N.C., and oversees the regional administration of all of the dialysis facilities.
