| Job Description: | The Financial Counselor works in collaboration with the business office, and other multidisciplinary team members coordinating the flow of financial information between patients, social workers, and the business office to ensure appropriate utilization of benefit programs. |
| Qualifications: | Financial counseling experience in a medical setting with emphasis on counseling Medicare/medicaid patients. Experience with thrid party Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and have the ability to explain and clarify reimbursement issues to patients. |
